We have a strong preference for inviting potential friends to our network proactively and then finding our first joint assignment. This means we will often ask for your (and give of our) time before we have an actual assignment to work on together.
We fully respect that this model is not for everyone and that there are plenty of other firms to work with who demand - and give less. We are OK with this as we have no desire to be like everybody else.
