Our Philosophy

Four principles centered around value creation guide all work we do for our clients and how we build our firm. As lasting results are built on sustainability, our culture is all about the well-being of our team who are creating this value.

Delivery principles

Embracing AGILE,

We are firm believers in the agile model for software development. To us it’s a philosophy that guides our assignments as well as our recruitment- and internal processes. Being AGILE to us means focusing on value adding activities and striving to eliminate wasteful consumption of time, energy, natural resources and our clients’ money.

Simplicity,

We help our customers find the most appropriate solution. While this is sometimes the latest, coolest, and most advanced technology, often this will not be the case. If there is a great solution ‘on the shelf’, we will encourage our clients to use it.

Quality,

Quality is bigger than bug-free code. Software development to us is a craft. This means we embed quality in every part of our work, be it structuring and writing code, documentation, handovers, [more?], etc. Quality is also about sharing our honest opinion as long-term value creation sometimes requires the revelation of uncomfortable truths.

and Continuous Improvement

We work hard to improve our craft every day. Striving towards perfection is not about never making mistakes. It’s about making the most of every lesson learned, be it knowledge sharing or creating new best practices and/or processes.

Team culture

People grow better in safe environments

Mission to perfect is about striving towards perfection, not about being inhuman. We believe humans grow better in an environment of trust, continuous feedback and collaboration. An environment of small teams with autonomy, where lessons learned are shared, instead of being swept under the carpet.

Peak performance requires recovery

Our people need their down time, as well as energy infusions from shared positive experiences, both inside and outside our offices.

Serious work doesn’t mean a serious self.

A team of A-players has no room for Prima donnas. How our people treat each other is as important to our joint success as what we deliver. And sharing laughs is as important as sharing knowledge.
